1. Our client after signing the contract has the complete responsibility for the state of the car.

2. Upon receiving the car, our Agency we check the car. The car will have to be in the same condition as when rented to the client.

3. Driver: Minimum age of 23 years for a car.

4. Driver’s license: The driver is required to have and display a valid driver’s license issued at least two years ago. Citizens of Non-EU countries are required to have a valid International Driver’s License along with their regular driver’s license.

5. Traffic violations – Fines: Traffic violations and fines are bore by the render.

6. Means of payment: The render is required to present a valid credit or debit card, even if the payment is made by the use of cash. The rental is prepaid.

7. In case of cancellation: From 21 days or more prior to the arrival of the client, then the deposit is returned to the client (any transfer expenses are paid by the client). For less than 21 days the client must pay the half price of the total days that will be cancelled.

8. Additional driver: The first driver is free of charge and the second is €5 per day. If it is hidden the fine is 100€.

9. Fuel: The render is obliged to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel upon collection, in case of returning the vehicle with less fuel the render will be charged with the fuel difference. No refund will be effected for vehicles returned with more fuel.

10. Accident: In case of an accident the render is obliged to inform the company as well as the police and present the police accident report to the station. In case of an accident caused by the renter, the renter will be charged with 30€ as administrative fees.

11. Insurances: Insurance against third parties for material damages and bodily injuries. Bodily injuries and material damages arise from driver’s fault are not covered from the insurance. The vehicles are insured with the CDW insurance, with that insurance you eliminate the cost you have to pay in case something goes wrong. If anything happens, you’ll have to pay until 500€ + TAX. If the cost of the damage is bigger than insurance company will cover the rest amount. They above stand under the condition, that there was no violation of the traffic regulation. Damages to tires, rims and under the car are not covered by any insurance, at any car type. Not available insurance, inside boat ferries. Not available theft insurance, as well as theft of personal belongings.

12. Road assistance: Road assistance due to malfunction of the vehicle during working hours is free.

13. This vehicle is strictly prohibited without writing authorization:

• Exit Greek borders.
• Be ferried.

14. Extended Road Assistance (ERA): Extended Road Assistance (ERA) is a an optional service that provides road assistance for cases that do not involve a mechanical damage of the vehicle, such as: 1) Lockout Assistance, in case the renter is locked outside the car, 2) Jump-Start/Fuel Assistance, in case the renter's vehicle face battery failure or runs out of gas, 3) Tire change Assistance, in case of the renters needs help to change a flat tire. The service is available for an additional charge of €3 per rental day. In case the renter requests any of the Extended Road Assistance services described above, without prior having purchased ERA, there will be an additional charge of €50.

15. Baby Seats: Available on request with a daily charge of €7.
